Shipping policy
Shipping area
We ship only to mainland Spain. For now we do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, nor do we ship internationally.
Delivery times
We prepare your order the next business day and transport usually takes between 1 and 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared the next business day.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order, so you will always see the final cost before paying. Free shipping for registered users on orders over 65€.
Professional orders (HORECA)
Professional clients with an approved account are subject to specific shipping terms:
- Delivery in Madrid on the day of the week agreed upon with Destilo.
- Shipping costs: €28 for up to 20 kg, plus €1.50 for each additional kilogram (VAT excluded).
- Free shipping on orders over €400 (VAT included).
- At the moment, we only deliver within the Community of Madrid. If you need delivery to another area, please email us at hola@destilodrinks.com.
Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number to check the delivery status.
Delivery and age verification
The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved for people over 18 years of age. At the time of delivery we may request a document proving legal age. If there is no adult available to receive the order, the carrier may not complete the delivery.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us at hola@destilodrinks.com with your order number and a photo of the product within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
