Destilo was born from
a shared curiosity
about what we drink.
For Bertha Morales and Eugenio Mañón, there’s more to a drink than what’s in the glass. After years living and working across Mexico, New York, London, and Madrid, with careers spanning business, the arts, and technology, they found in it a way to connect people, places, and cultures. Destilo was born from that perspective and a desire to discover stories worth sharing.
Their vision is simple: a welcoming, modern space to discover new ways to drink, share, and connect. A neighbourhood spot in Madrid with an international outlook, where the everyday feels a little more special.

Destilo’s selection is curated in collaboration with Libé, a creative studio founded by Marta Benzal and Miguel Ángel Jiménez, specialising in drink development and concept creation.
Libé brings expertise, a thoughtful approach, and a fresh perspective, seeing each product as part of a wider experience. At Destilo, this takes shape as an international selection of drinks, food, and objects, carefully chosen to reflect a shared vision of hospitality.
Destilo’s selection is always evolving. We’re constantly exploring new drinks, producers, formats, and ways of drinking that speak to us.
Some discoveries come from far away; others are closer than we imagine.
The selection changes, evolves, and grows with us.
Destilo starts with a drink, but it doesn’t end there.
We’re interested in everything that happens around it: the table, the objects, the food, the music, the company, and the stories that unfold when we share something.
