FORA Clàssic is FORA's London Dry gin — FORA being the first craft distillery in Andorra — distilled with 8 botanicals including wild juniper berries foraged in the country itself, over a base of premium French wheat neutral spirit.
Lemon and juniper up front, dry and direct, with subtle notes of cinnamon, cardamom and grains of paradise underneath. Very elegant on the palate, with remarkable botanical integrity and a surprisingly smooth feel despite its strength.
A classic Gin & Tonic with a neutral tonic and a lemon twist, letting the juniper speak without competition. It also works as an excellent base for classic cocktails (Martini, Gimlet, Negroni…) that call for a dry, unadorned London Dry.
