Sunny Nelson is a light, dry pale ale from DosKiwis Brewing (Rupià, Girona), built on Nelson Sauvin —hand-selected— and Citra hops.
Floral aromas such as jasmine and citrus notes complement flavours dominated by white wine and the fresh-cut grass character imparted by the New Zealand hop Nelson Sauvin. Smooth and pleasant, eminently easy to drink.
Ideal as an aperitif: olives, boquerones in vinegar or a citrus salad. Its lightness and floral profile also make it an alternative to a young white wine in the opening stretch of a meal. Serve chilled (4–6 °C) in a white-wine glass or tall glass to bring out its floral profile.
