Medes Pils is the NZ Pilsner from DosKiwis Brewing (Rupià, Girona): 100 % Motueka hops and 100 % lager malt, bottom-fermented and matured over several weeks.
Well balanced and remarkably easy to drink. The hop is present but not dominant, the malt character delicate and refined, with a dry finish on the palate.
A natural companion to fried dishes, croquettes or steamed shellfish. Its clean character makes it a benchmark lager for menus seeking a craft alternative without straying from easy-drinking territory. Serve well chilled (3–5 °C) in a tall glass or caña to preserve its bead and dry finish.
