Fenix is the first alcohol-free beer from DosKiwis Brewing (Rupià, Girona), hopped with the same palette as its alcoholic releases: Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Motueka and Simcoe.
Pale yellow in colour with intense tropical pineapple aromas over subtle herbal and spiced notes. On the palate, fresh citrus flavours over a soft, light body.
Works as an alcohol-free aperitif alongside savoury nibbles, sushi or light Tex-Mex cooking. Serve well chilled (3–5 °C) in a tall glass to heighten its pineapple and citrus aromas.
· It uses the same hops as its flagship IPAs and pale ales — not a secondary product but the very same philosophy without the alcohol.
