Grosperrin revives the idea of the table liqueur in the style of those old makers: a complex recipe built upon an eau-de-vie base with Cognac, natural bitter orange essence and sugar, enriched with very old Armagnacs (the 1979 vintage in this first release), very old French brandy and further Cognac. The blend ages for a minimum of three years in old American Bourbon casks.
